🧩 Who I Am
I’m Hari Krishna Bodapati, a TOGAF®-certified Enterprise Architect with over 23 years of experience designing clear, scalable, and governance-aligned architectures across complex IT landscapes.
My work is focused on enabling enterprise and product teams to make better architectural decisions — not by embedding in their delivery streams, but by providing reusable models, reference frameworks, and well-structured guidance they can adapt independently.
I believe in creating clarity and repeatability: from cloud-native architecture patterns to capability-aligned roadmaps and lightweight governance operating models.
🎯 What I Do
- Publish and share architecture blueprints, patterns, and templates
- Create decision structures (like ADRs, capability maps, review kits) that scale
- Help teams align with cloud governance, compliance, and integration best practices
- Offer fractional support when needed — but always with a minimalist, principle-based approach
My deliverables are designed for reuse, not reinvention — and my aim is to enable teams to move forward with less ambiguity, not more meetings.
🌍 Experience That Informs the Work
I’ve advised organizations in:
- Banking, healthcare, logistics, and retail
- Across Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Asia
- Working with platforms like Azure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and custom SaaS
All with a focus on interoperability, structure, and strategic clarity.
💬 Why People Reach Out
- Architecture decisions are fuzzy or fragmented
- Integration between platforms is brittle or undocumented
- Governance frameworks are either too heavy or non-existent
- They need reference architecture and guidance that scales
📅 Want to Discuss?
If you’re thinking about architecture the same way — not as a checklist, but as an enabler of scale and sustainability — let’s talk.
